From here, we can start the schematic design stage and work through ideas to get a final set of construction drawings.

Once the complete finished plans are locked in, we can sign our building contract. From here, we start laying the practical groundwork to get building underway – council documents can be lodged and construction programs can be finalised.

THE VISION TAKES SHAPE
After council approvals have been processed, we can start construction on your future home. Communication is imperative during this process and we are dedicated to keeping you in the loop throughout the entire process. We like to set up monthly site meetings with the site foreman, builder and clients to ensure everyone involved in the project is across everything and on the same page.

Now for the moment you’ve been waiting for – once we reach practical completion and all final works have been attended to, we can proudly hand over your dream home. You can dive right into your new life with the added ease of mind that we offer a full six-month cosmetic defects liability period as well as a seven-year structural warranty.
