PROJECT DESIGN BRIEF:

Abbott + Herbert Streets represent a bespoke in-house development featuring two luxurious freehold homes in the inner-city suburb of New Farm. These residences showcase three levels of meticulously designed living spaces crowned by rooftop pools and barbecue areas, blending lifestyle features with functional design. The aesthetic is elevated through the use of premium materials, including Blackbutt shiplap cladding, travertine crazy paving, Alpi Verde marble, and Calacatta Gold marble benchtops. Interiors are further enhanced by the warmth of American oak flooring and a lush integration of suspended and cascading gardens. From design and development applications to construction and sales, the project was meticulously managed to deliver an exceptional result.

CHALLENGES & ACHIEVEMENTS:

Situated in a dense inner-city location, the project posed unique logistical challenges, including managing access and traffic on tight streets and constructing three levels on a concrete structure. These complexities were expertly navigated through strategic planning and seamless execution.
Notable achievements include the pre-completion sale of both homes, securing $8.9 million in sales during the construction phase.
