PROJECT DESIGN BRIEF:

This in-house development project is a stunning example of modern residential architecture in the heart of Bulimba. The two-storey home features a clean and sophisticated design that focuses on creating a strong connection between indoor living spaces and the surrounding landscape.

The house showcases pristine white polished concrete floors that lend the interiors a sleek, contemporary feel. Extensive timber detailing throughout the property adds warmth and texture, complementing the modern aesthetic. A key design challenge was ensuring privacy in the inner-city setting, achieved through strategic aspect design and thoughtful landscaping.

CHALLENGES & ACHIEVEMENTS:

Designing for privacy in a dense inner-city suburb required innovative solutions, which were effectively addressed through careful site planning and landscaping strategies. The project also demanded a high level of craftsmanship, particularly in the intricate timber finish detailing throughout the home.

The tight access site presented logistical challenges, necessitating precise organisation and project management. Despite these constraints, the project was completed successfully, demonstrating exceptional coordination and scheduling.
