PROJECT DESIGN BRIEF:

Located on a prominent sloping corner block in the riverside suburb of Bulimba, this striking three-level residence was a complete rebuild from the ground up. Designed to embrace its topography, the home features heavyweight construction anchored by expansive off-form concrete and intricate stone wall cladding. The open-plan layout was tailored for family living, creating seamless connections between indoor and outdoor zones—linking the pool, landscaped yard, alfresco entertaining areas, kitchen, and dining spaces. A refined palette of natural tones, imported materials, and bespoke architectural elements enhances the home’s warm yet contemporary feel.

CHALLENGES & ACHIEVEMENTS:

This project presented multiple technical and structural challenges, including the need to manage a sloping site and deliver complex material integrations across large-spanning concrete floor plates. Meticulous detailing was required throughout, particularly for the off-form concrete, custom skylight features, and the integration of imported marble vanities. Despite these complexities, the build was completed an impressive two months ahead of schedule. The result is a home defined by craftsmanship and cohesion, where every finish—from the exposed concrete to the bespoke stonework—reflects precision and intent. The successful execution of this architectural vision highlights our commitment to excellence and the strength of our collaborative approach from demolition to delivery.
